        Meet

        Tangie Banana

        Tangie Banana is reggae with a smile from Lower Austria – made for everyone who could use a little more sunshine. Behind the banana are Elvis & Jake, two friends whose song started out as a birthday present and has since passed 3 million streams.

        Their sound? Sunshine for your ears: bouncing reggae grooves, bass you feel in your chest and lyrics about friendship, freedom and the here and now. On stage, the duo is joined by Paul (guitar), Richard (bass) and Georg (drums) – and the energy spreads fast. In 2026 they opened for Alexander Eder in Zurich and Bregenz, got Vienna's Donauinselfest dancing and opened for Pizzera & Jaus in Amstetten. Along the way, they teamed up with Georgij Makazaria on “Leg Auf a Reggae”.

        Next up: the debut album, out in spring 2027 – celebrated with Tangie Banana's very first headline show on May 5, 2027 at Johann Pölz-Halle in Amstetten. 🍌
